Is the answer to our state's energy problems blowing in the wind? Or is it shining with the sun?
Experts on bio fuel, solar energy, wind farm energy, liquefied natural gas and modern hydropower technologies made presentations to the Lt. Governor's Legislative Committee on Economic Development and International Relations when it convened Nov. 16, 2006 at Big Bend Community College at Moses Lake.

"Our state’s strong agricultural base, coupled with research at our universities makes Washington an ideal environment to implement model, long-term energy solutions,” said Lt. Gov. Owen.
