Lt. Gov. Owen,
above, convenes the the Oct. 19 meeting of the Legislative
Committee on Economic Development and International Relations at
Walla Walla University in College Place. The committee
studied
the economic contributions of sport fishing and hunting in
Washington state. Testifying at right is
