Have a heart for kids
Lt. Gov. Owen was the keynote speaker at
the
Community Youth Services'
"Have a Heart for Kids" breakfast at St. Martin's University in Lacey on
Feb. 12. The annual event, attended by about 300 this year, helps raise
funds for the human services organization.
