Senators salute 'J.P. Patches'

Longtime Seattle television clown J.P. Patches (also known as Chris Wedes) was honored by Senate resolution  Feb. 8 for 50 years of entertaining children and adults throughout the greater Puget Sound area. Wedes, standing to the left of the lieutenant governor at center, stood for photos at the Senate rostrum with several Senator "Patches Pals."
