2007 Exemplary Substan ce
Abuse Prevention Awards at a luncheon ceremony. At right the the
lieutenant governor is with honoree Nick Merritt, police chief
for the city of Republic, representing the county's Drug
Endangered Children Task Force. Below Owen is with Melanie
Hopkins of Ellensburg. Hopkins is director of the Kittitas
County Public Health and Community Network. The entire list of
