Memo of Understanding between Washington and State of Parana

 

The presentation followed the signing by Owen and Brandao of a memorandum of understanding to promote deeper ties between Washington and Parana in trade, culture and education.  Under the agreement, the Office of the Lieutenant Governor will help facilitate these exchanges.

Owen was in Brazil to lead the Washington Council on International Trade's tour on sustainable business opportunities and international trade. Below, the lieutenant governor speaks to a group of Brazilian business leaders in Sao Paulo, Brazil's financial center and one the five most populous cities in the world.
