Two new Washington Generals
Ed and Dollie Lynch (left and
at podium) were named "Washington
Generals" by Lt. Gov. Brad
Owen and Linda Owen (next to Mr. Lynch) as a special
surprise at the
Vancouver National Historic Reserve's
10th Anniversary Ceremony on Oct. 24. In bestowing the
honor for their extensive work in the community, Owen
called the Lynches "dedicated, caring and involved."
