If you would like to invite the Lt. Governor Owen to speak at and/or attend your event, please first complete our electronic speech and event schedule request form.

Meeting Request

If you are interested in a personal meeting with the Lt. Governor, you may contact Tracy Chavez, scheduler, at (360) 786-7700, or use our meeting request form. Please be prepared to state the purpose of your meeting, the length of time you feel is necessary and who else will attend.  Meeting requests should be made at least four weeks in advance of your desired appointment.  Please do not expect an immediate answer as all meeting requests are subject to availability, scheduling and internal review.
