Jackie joined the staff of Lieutenant Governor Owen in March 2006.  Her long career in Washington state government includes over seventeen years providing administrative and confidential support to the Chief Deputy State Fire Marshal, Governor’s Executive Policy Office, State Patrol Criminal Records Division, Information Technology Division, and the Electronic Services Division Commanders. 

Jackie enjoys the political environment and wants to make a positive difference in the work she does and the strong partnerships she builds. 

Jackie lives in Elma to stay close to her family; father, children and grandchildren.  In her spare time, she loves antiquing, sewing, the ‘river bottom’ and spending time with her family and friends.
